   CASH IS THE BEST WAY AND THE FRNCH RIVIERA AND THE BEST PARTS OF PARIS WOULD BE THE ONLY PLACES I WOULD INVEST IN . THE REST OF THE COUNTRY IS A TOILET BOWL THAT IS OVERFLOWING .
